Only occasionally, though, most of her designs are HIDEOUS!!! And there's a Stella McCartney in an upscale town near me, I've never seen a single shopper in there. I can't imagine how much money her dad has lost keeping her in business.

I must say, I've always found it strange that she gets all this adulation for her designs and people make fun of Posh's, when Posh's clothing is actually better.

The clodhopper shoes in OP link is what happens when you combine orthopedic with elevator shoes. At least Ivanka copies from actual designers.

I like her use of innovative synthetics vs. animal-derived materials.

Her fragrances are nice. As are her normal clothes. They're pretty.

She really is an example of what the power of a name can do. All of the hype and fawning was and is because of the idea of Sir Paul's daughter being a designer. Her designs, by themselves, are mostly undistinguished and unflattering.

Stella and ivanka probably just go oooh I like that at designs their employees bring to them.

Stella McCartney is NOT all that and a bag of crisps. People only buy that shit based on who her father is.

She's a trust fund baby she doesn't care if her company makes money. Her income is probably large enough to absorb any losses from her bad designs.
