Nazi penis measurements
I'm reading All the Light We Cannot See, and I'm curious about this passage when the young Nazi goes to take his tests to enter into a Nazi school.
"On the second morning there are raciological exams... Calipers are used to evaluate his feet, the length of his fingers, and the distance between his eyes and his navel. They measure his penis. The angle of his nose is quantified with a wooden protractor."
Why exactly were the Nazis measuring dicks? I googled this and only came up with discussions of Hitler's micropenis.
