The exact reason I used to hang out in the Hammer threads (well, that and the fact that he’s hot). People have been saying for years that he pings - long before anyone had ever heard of his mouse-faced costar - but once the frauen/fangirl types invaded it was all shock, SHOCK!!! that anyone would dare suggest he might ever have waded into friendly waters.

I'm going to say the David Hogg/Cameron Kasky fanatics. This site is full of them. I just block most of them, but it's hard to believe how quickly some of those insane threads make it to 600, and just start over again. The SAM HEUGHAN threads are insane, and any of the multiple threads about CMBYN, Timothee or Armie will suck your brain and reduce your IQ, as they seem to be posted by 12 year old gurls.

Libby and the Perchies own this thread. We are going way back but a freak calling herself Libby claimed that she was pregnant to Russell Crowe and that she was going to live with him and have their baby on his farm.

She posted thread after thread, going into great detail about their sex life etc An equally crazy bunch of freaks came here from a forum called The Crowe’s Perch. They attacked Libby and anyone else who criticised Crowe.

From that point, we received some serious dish about Crowe, Meg Ryan, rent boys in Cabo, movie trailer assignations and a possible bearding romance with Nicole Kidman. These allegations came courtesy of a poster called Jake.

The Perchies went into meltdown, Libby claimed she was going to sue everybody and the supposed Crowe baby was nicknamed ‘foetus’. Data lounge in 2002/03 was alive with this stuff.

We were all addicted to the latest updates. Crowe regularly freaking out and getting into fights just added to the circus. I miss the old days.
