Expansive possibilities???

Apparently the 'accessory' suites are studios and 1 baths for guests, staff or a home/separate office. Pretty luxe for any of those 3 options.

Ok this is obviously low hanging fruit - one of the "accessory suites" could serve the homeless as a public bathroom for "Explosive Defecations"?

"Home to just 55 original owners, 181 Fremont is a rarefied example of what success can achieve"
They're certainly going after the parvenu market, aren't they!

After all the threads on here about how horrible San Francisco has become I think I’ll pass.

More ultra-expensive luxury apartments for asian buyers to come in and make a profit
Make no mistake about it - Americans are not buying these places. Foreigners are.
And most of them will remain empty, because no one can afford to rent it, or buy it as a re-sell, after the owners jack up the price by $500,000 - $1,000,000 after owning it for 6 months.
That's what the US real estate market has become nowdays. All over the country, it's just pure greed.

What does "original owners" mean?

Yes indeed, we too use "cookies." Take a look at our privacy/terms or if you just want to see the damn site without all this bureaucratic nonsense, click ACCEPT. Otherwise, you'll just have to find some other site for your pointless bitchery needs.
