Holcroft reminds me of a young David Duchovny. He was pretty smoldering in Alias Grace. Did not know he was in London Spy, but that series has been in my queue for months and now I may actually watch it.

Edward Holcroft was the weakest link in London Spy by a mile. I honestly thought his character was supposed to be a Russian for 2 episodes, because his speech was so garbled.

Good show though.

I’m interested, OP! I’ve had a crush on Edward Holcroft since I saw him in London spy. Happy there are a few threads about him. I think the fact that his face has a bit of character instead of the typical flawless pretty boy look, adds to his hotness. But that’s me.

No idea wether he is gay, bi or straight. He had a short fling with Cressida Bonas that lasted a few months in 2015, but some in the comments assumed it was a choreographed fauxmance. They have the same agent (she also had a fling with Freddie Fox who is also an English actor signed to this specific agent). Not that you have to be gay to take part in a fauxmance.

Not liking the current facial hair in the linked video clip though, that goatee does him no favors lol.

Some digging into Edwards background was done when people wanted to know everything about the man who were dating prince Harry’s ex. But curiously enough, no mention of him ever having been engaged to marry. Odd if r37 is correct.

I'll take Ben Whishaw over both Taron and Edward, and I think the latter two are hot AF. But Taron does all that googly-eyed stuff in interviews with Hugh, et al on purpose. He's goofy and it gets attention for him/his career.

I like it when younger guys--esp actors in Hollywood--don't care how they are perceived. I feel that's likely true of Taron but maybe not really with Edward; he's still goin' for straight bro.
