It's ridiculous because he and the others won't go after Polanski who was actually convicted. Ronan won't because his mother his good friends with him and other reporters won't because Polanski has very powerful friends in Hollywood. Going after Weinstein was safe because everybody hated him.

There's grand jury testimony plus books and interviews. Polanski can't set foot in the US and he never was as powerful as Harvey. I hate the way so many in the industry downplay Polanski's crime, but Ronan isn't defending him. Mia testified that she had dinner with Roman shorty after Tate's murder and that he was devastated and not picking up chicks. He was suing a writer for saying that he was fucking other women right after his wife's death. Mia didn't testify on his behalf during the rape trial. Angelica Houston protected him on the stand.
