Keanu has aged extremely well; the photo someone posted above is an unfortunate one and does not represent how he looks 99% of the time. I would also add Kim Basinger. I've sat within ten feet of her twice rather recently and she looks about fifteen years younger than her actual age.

Lots of people deny getting work done, most of them have had work done. It used to be that the actresses who "miraculously never aged" were the ones who started getting small nips and tucks done in their twenties and carried on with it for the rest of their careers. I'm not sure how much of it is actual plastic surgery and how much is the fact that she's always wearing a hat and trying to stay out of the sun. That certainly helps.
