Republican? Dyke? Gay Ally? Converted Liberal? Too much plastic surgery? Love her or hate her?
I've always suspected she was a dyke and I think it's a given she's a Republican.
And I hate her KFC commercial.

She has extreme cane voice.

Queen of the Fiveheads. I say closet homophobe. Known conservative. She just knows how to keep her personal and political opinions off the radar.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | April 3, 2018 2:21 AM |
She has never been the same getting doused with The Joker's Smilex gas.

Shortly after Martina McBride broke the taboo of country singers not giving interviews to gay publications, Reba consented to an interview with Out or The Advocate or something but she didn't fully endorse gay marriage at the time and that provoked backlash. Her show did a few gay-themed episodes and she does love Broadway.

R2 what is "cane voice"?
by Anonymous | reply 6 | April 3, 2018 2:25 AM |
She also had Dolly guest-star on her eponymous shitcom, and Tomlin was a featured player on that "Malibu Country" trainwreck.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | April 3, 2018 2:26 AM |
She absolutely HATES Tanya Tucker. Thinks Tanya's trailer trash.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | April 3, 2018 2:28 AM |
r6 is new to DL I see.

One of the greatest voices in the history of country if not all music. Effortlessly graceful on stage. On REBA she proved herself to be the 2nd coming of Lucy. She does have gay friends as evidenced by her instagram. She is friends with the elder Bush, but wisely understands that entertainers are meant to entertain and not push their beliefs on the people who are effectively their employers.

R8 Tanya hates Reba too! She talked about it in an old video interview, wish I could find on YouTube. I like Tanya, but her ol' jealous Cokewhore ways were shining through in that one. Sad that T couldn't keep it together. Reba is one of the most OCD-controlled celebrities, she almost always says the most PC thing to avoid controversy. She's like a robot.

Notorious pussyhound; big bush supporter

I've enjoyed her music for a long time but she needs better songwriters. Some of the new songs aren't as good as her earlier material and often are overproduced. (People have said this for thirty years but it's really true now.) She should sing more ballads again and stop using AutoTune. Also, I loved her series. She's a very funny and talented lady.

by Anonymous | reply 14 | April 3, 2018 2:46 AM |
Kind of annoying.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | April 3, 2018 2:56 AM |
Reba tried to be Patsy Cline and Lucy. Instead she ended up as the Joker meets Yosemite Sam
by Anonymous | reply 16 | April 3, 2018 3:03 AM |
At least she’s thin. God bless her for that.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | April 3, 2018 3:12 AM |
R8: I'd never heard that but there were rumours about a "feud" between Reba and K.T. Oslin.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | April 3, 2018 3:22 AM |
R18 country world is very nice, southern if you will so it's all very behind your back
by Anonymous | reply 19 | April 3, 2018 3:23 AM |
She's an annoying hillbilly. There is nothing about her that I like.

r18, a DYKE FIGHT!!!!

I saw Barbara Cook's cabaret act several years ago. She said that Reba McEntire's Annie Oakley in Annie Get Your Gun was the best she had seen. Cook played the role several times and even saw Merman play the Annnie

I'd only ever heard of Reba McEntire because Dori Schappall who is joined at her sister Lori's head changed her name to Reba and aspired to be a country singer.
Recently 'Reba' came out as transgender and goes by the name George now.

I buy and like her whole folksy ochie act.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | April 3, 2018 4:40 AM |
Her music is super annoying. But she seems nice enough.
And she seems to not venture into politics, and keeps her opinions to herself.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | April 3, 2018 4:59 AM |
She has the thinnest lips I've ever seen. She has a lipstick line. Hi-larious.

R19: Bless their hearts!
R21: Reba and K.T. Oslin, not K.D. Lang. I don't believe K.T. is a lesbian.
R24: What is most unusual about this entire story is choosing the name George.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | April 3, 2018 11:52 PM |
r32, is she a lesbian?
by Anonymous | reply 33 | April 4, 2018 12:07 AM |
R32: I've loved her music since I was very young. She is fabulous. Reba and K.T. were on Nashville Now together. It should be on YouTube. They were joking about the rumours about their alleged rivalry.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | April 4, 2018 1:23 AM |
Bernadette should have given her the Tony for Annie Get Your Gun.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | April 4, 2018 1:30 AM |
What r27 said. Her upper lip is breathtaking.
Like her voice. And she makes me hungry for KFC.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | April 4, 2018 1:34 AM |
She was hilarious in One Night at McCool's, the Norwegian movie set in Hollywood.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | April 4, 2018 1:38 AM |
It's a given for me that she plays a lesbian in that movie.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | April 4, 2018 1:41 AM |
I loved K.T. Oslin too. Barbara Cook sang songs from ANNIE GET YOUR GUN but I don't think that she ever did the show.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | April 4, 2018 1:49 AM |
Get it, Gurl!
by Anonymous | reply 41 | April 30, 2018 6:20 AM |
I believe they should rethink closing "Hello Dolly!" after Midler's return engagement and put Reba in the role. She'd be great.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | April 30, 2018 8:13 AM |
Barbara Cook never did “Annie Get Your Gun”. When Reba was offered “ Unsinkable Molly Brown”, Cook , who did a tour of “Unsinkable “, told Reba it was practically the same role, and Reba passed on project.

She has the most incredible vocal instrument—but seems to have gone overboard with the plastic surgeries...

I used to wait tables in Nashville, and waited on her a LOT. She is very very nice, and completely humble. I assume she's straight? After her divorce, she used to come in all the time with Ronny Dunn, to the point where I thought they were dating. I'm not sure they weren't. A friend of mine wrote a lot of songs with her, and said something wonderful about her. I mentioned that I would be intimidated to write with her, and she said that Reba would be hurt that anyone would feel uncomfortable around her, and did everything possible to make sure people were at ease with her. She's a lovely lady.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | June 15, 2018 3:46 AM |
R45 I love that and can see that. One person in a documentary about Reba said "she's the most controlled person I've ever met".
by Anonymous | reply 46 | June 15, 2018 3:52 AM |
She seems nice and kudos to get for getting the KFC gig!
by Anonymous | reply 47 | June 15, 2018 4:00 AM |
