It's about pedophilia in Hollywood and spends some time on the scandal of Digital Entertainment Network, the creepy early version of YouTube that was effectively a front for prostituting underage boys. DL fave Bryan Singer was involved, and Mark Collins-Rector who was jailed and eventually fled the country.

Brock Pierce was one of the boys and eventually a bottom bitch (kinda like Corey Feldman, prey-turned-procurer). He's now involved in various Bitcoin endeavors. Bitcoin is mainly used to purchase products on the "dark web," which basically guns, drugs, human trafficking and child porn.

Mr. Pierce alpears to have had a long time association with child porn and prostitution schemes. He may not be a pedo himself, but he knows there's money in it.
