Boy Meets World, Full House, and Family Matters benefited from being on ABC's TGIF programming block. People who grew up in the 90s really took those shows and many still like those shows. Family Matters was off syndication for several years, but has popped back on one of those black cable channels. Also, Hulu has the streaming rights to the TGIF shows.

Blossom was on NBC and it seemed like that was a strike against it when it came to syndication. A couple of years ago, there was a cable channel that aired reruns for awhile. Sometime back I was listening to Jon Gabrus and Lauren Lapkus's podcast Raised by TV and both them mistakenly thought Blossom was an ABC show.
