What woman afraid of water goes out at sea in the middle of the night on a stormy weather with no shoes, no purse, a nightgown and a jacket ? Plus she says he wears it on his face. From the moment it happened I believed he had something to so with it. I think it is one of two things.

I think Walken was in a horrid position. I still think he wasn't actually there to witness what happened but if I were him I would run to a lawyer every time too.
