I am an insider. I do not work in the industry anymore. Let me start by saying Whitney Houston was unbelievably talented and it was sad to see her self destruct. However, she was not a nice person. She did not have many friends and hid her sexuality all of her life which I believe led to her issues with drugs and booze. On a personal level I did not find her down to earth or friendly.

I worked with Heather several times and yes she is as sweet and warm as you have already heard from many people.
