Jameson Parker is a TRUMP SUPPORTER (Simon & Simon)

He is the blond one. In the 80s he was muscular and gorgeous, Then in the 90s he got shot in LA then went off the deep end with PTSD

Now he is a Trump supporter writing on his blog about Hillary Clinton

"I cannot bring myself to vote for a woman who is a pathological liar, who came under criminal investigation by the FBI for what can be described as, at best, egregiously careless and arrogant attention to her own convenience rather than the nation’s security, who may still come under criminal investigation for her conflation of her public office and her private financial dealings, and one who has expressed her disdain for and contempt of people like me who believe in the importance of the Second Amendment. But before I cast my ballot, I will think about my daughters and my granddaughter. "

But damn was he GeORGeOUS

I can’t believe he’s 70.

by Anonymousreply 1February 14, 2018 12:16 AM

He's clearly lost his way in life.

by Anonymousreply 2February 14, 2018 12:16 AM

Who?

by Anonymousreply 3February 14, 2018 12:17 AM

Who shot him? I’d want to see him shoot.

by Anonymousreply 4February 14, 2018 12:19 AM

Now that Trump has been shown to be all the things in his post, does he still support Trump?

If he does, he's just a stupid asshole

by Anonymousreply 5February 14, 2018 12:19 AM

R5 yes he still supports Trump. In his blog he was a HARSH Obama critic

by Anonymousreply 6February 14, 2018 12:21 AM

Weird fact: he was the brother-in-law of the late Charmian "Liesl von Trapp" Carr

by Anonymousreply 7February 14, 2018 12:28 AM

That tramp, r7. Fucking a Nazi in the gazebo when she was barely sixteen going on seventeen!

by Anonymousreply 8February 14, 2018 12:33 AM

W&W for R4

by Anonymousreply 9February 14, 2018 12:36 AM

Fuck that old hasbeen.

by Anonymousreply 10February 14, 2018 12:39 AM

In the '80s Hunk category, I'll stick with Ray Abruzzo – in addition to his "Dynasty" cred, he's also an animal lover and LOATHES Trump.

by Anonymousreply 12February 14, 2018 12:43 AM

Supporting Trump -- that's such a Brad Vernon thing to do.

by Anonymousreply 13February 14, 2018 12:45 AM

Glancing at his blog - looks like he has a lot of time on his hand. I think I saw him on one thing post Simon and Simon and that was a guest star appearance on Major Dad. I used to think he was hot-- but there was a bit of smugness that came out in AJ Simon that might not have been all acting choices.

by Anonymousreply 14February 14, 2018 12:49 AM

that smugness made him the best Brad Vernon.

by Anonymousreply 15February 14, 2018 12:57 AM

[quote]"I cannot bring myself to vote for a woman who is a pathological liar, who came under criminal investigation by the FBI for what can be described as, at best, egregiously careless and arrogant attention to her own convenience rather than the nation’s security..."

It's amazing the projection, isn't it? Everything he said was never true of Hillary, but is totally true of Trump.

by Anonymousreply 16February 14, 2018 1:07 AM

He had already hit the wall by the early 90's, He did a TV movie with Katey Sagal and he was already meh looking.

That is when he got shot. It downhill from there

by Anonymousreply 18February 14, 2018 1:14 AM

I actually liked Gerald McRaney (the other Simon) until I found out he cage "hunted" boars with a spear. They basically trap a wild pig in a cage and let you stab it to death with a spear and call it "hunting." I've hated him ever since.

by Anonymousreply 19February 14, 2018 1:16 AM

I predict a blogpost from him very soon about Hollywood has blacklisted him because he is a Trump supporter

by Anonymousreply 20February 14, 2018 1:24 AM

R20 he left Hollywood and retired from acting over 10 years ago.

by Anonymousreply 21February 14, 2018 1:24 AM

I'm too distracted by Major Dad's short-shorts to care, sorry.

by Anonymousreply 22February 14, 2018 1:27 AM

He must have a #MeToo story.

by Anonymousreply 23February 14, 2018 1:30 AM

Was he shot in the head per chance?

by Anonymousreply 24February 14, 2018 1:34 AM

Oh, you shouldn't let it bother you. "Cage hunting the boar with a spear" is just how he refers to having sex with his wife, Delta Burke.

by Anonymousreply 27February 14, 2018 2:46 AM

He may be a Trump supporter (have no clue) but the article you posted just says he didn't or couldn't vote for Hillary. I felt the same way. Can't stand Hillary and would not vote for her. That doesn't mean I voted for Trump. Can't stand him either. Not a fan of choosing a lesser of the two evils so I chose not to vote.

by Anonymousreply 28February 14, 2018 4:44 AM

I don't care. As long as he kept his mouth shut, I would suck daddy dry

by Anonymousreply 29February 14, 2018 4:46 AM

r4

In fall 1992, Parker was shot in the left arm pit and right arm by a neighbor near his home after a verbal altercation where Parker was defending his wife's honor after she and the shooter argued earlier in the day. He made a full recovery, and the neighbor was convicted of attempted murder and sentenced to nine years in prison

by Anonymousreply 30February 14, 2018 5:29 AM

So the OP is saying just because someone doesn't agree with him, they are bad.

by Anonymousreply 31February 14, 2018 5:29 AM

As is DL tradition.

by Anonymousreply 32February 14, 2018 5:32 AM

[quote]He may be a Trump supporter (have no clue) but the article you posted just says he didn't or couldn't vote for Hillary. I felt the same way. Can't stand Hillary and would not vote for her. That doesn't mean I voted for Trump.

R28, how can you be so stupid?

If you didn't vote for Hillary, you helped elect Trump, period.

And between the two of them, the choice was clear.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

by Anonymousreply 33February 14, 2018 5:34 AM

Honestly though, OP is saying he's a bad person because he's apparently a Trump supporter who based his vote on bullshit right-wing lies. It's a stance any right thinking person should agree with.

by Anonymousreply 34February 14, 2018 5:36 AM

Hillary wasn't evil. She was the most qualified, experienced, competent, capable, knowledgeable, transparent, and trustworthy candidate to run in generations. She was the most thoroughly vetted, and through dozens of investigations and hundreds of million dollars spent, nobody ever found any wrong-doing, she was always cleared and exonerated.

Trump is evil. He's a racist, sexist, misogynist sexual predator, rapist, pathologically lying con-man, a narcissistic sociopath, a fascist authoritarian, and a traitor to this country and its people.

By not voting for Hillary, you threw women, LGBT people, racial & religious minorities, the disabled, veterans, and working people under the bus... and threw away the federal and supreme courts for a GENERATION.

If you couldn't be bothered to vote for Hillary, then that says you're perfectly okay with a racist, sexist, homophobic right-wing take-over of our country, the destruction of our democracy, the shredding of voting & civil rights, and the enabling of a hostile foreign power to destroy our country from the inside.

If you didn't vote for Hillary, you voted for Trump... that is the effective outcome of your behavior.

Hillary wasn't the lesser of two evils. She wasn't evil at all. Why would you buy into that 30 year RWNJ/Russian propaganda smear?

Hillary was the most progressive major-party candidate running on the most progressive major-party platform in generations. WHAT THE FUCK MORE DID YOU WANT?

by Anonymousreply 35February 14, 2018 5:39 AM

[quote]I cannot bring myself to vote for a woman who is a pathological liar, who came under criminal investigation by the FBI for what can be described as, at best, egregiously careless and arrogant attention to her own convenience rather than the nation’s security, who may still come under criminal investigation for her conflation of her public office and her private financial dealings

That’s the best summary of the view of the voters in 2016. It would also be good as the basis for an opening paragraph in her Wikipedia biography.

by Anonymousreply 36February 14, 2018 5:49 AM

R36, yes, as an example of the effectiveness of Propaganda and a sexist/misogynist media in brainwashing people to believe the exact opposite of what is true.

They believed that of Hillary, even though none of it was ever true of here, and ALL of it is true of Trump.

People got played, son. Including you if you actually believe the same thing he did with that paragraph you quoted.

by Anonymousreply 37February 14, 2018 5:52 AM

R33, the choice may have been clear to YOU but it wasn't to me. That's the great thing about this country. We are all entitled to our opinions. To me, she's no better or no worse than Trump. They are equally appalling. People like you let your blind devotion to someone overshadow everything else. You are no better than the deplorables...you are just on the other side of the argument (you see only what you want to see just like deplorables). I objectively looked at both candidates and disliked both for different reasons.

by Anonymousreply 38February 14, 2018 6:35 AM

[quote] To me, she's no better or no worse than Trump.

Your opinion is of poor quality, and you should feel bad about yourself.

by Anonymousreply 39February 14, 2018 6:43 AM

R39, why is it so difficult for you to grasp that people don't share your opinion. It must be utter arrogance on your part that you feel your opinion has more validity than someone else. Do you go through your normal daily life like this? It must be awfully alienating to other people. You probably choose to only associate with people who think exactly like you. How sad. You may think my opinion is of poor quality but I suspect your character is of VERY poor quality. I feel great about myself. You blame people like me for getting trump elected. The irony of that statement is its people like you that got him elected. Your "deplorable" arrogance drove half the population to vote for a Trump. So if anyone should feel bad, that should be you!

by Anonymousreply 40February 14, 2018 6:57 AM

Well, that's some fantasy nonsense you spun up there, R40. You don't know jack shit about me. And I stand by what I said.

by Anonymousreply 41February 14, 2018 7:06 AM

"Arrogant attention to her own convenience rather than the nation's security. .."

Unlike, of course, Tramp.

by Anonymousreply 42February 14, 2018 7:07 AM

The whole cast was right-wingers. Mary Carver and Nancy Reagan were donut-bumpers together.

by Anonymousreply 43February 14, 2018 7:10 AM

R39 You sound like you're 20 years old R39

by Anonymousreply 44February 14, 2018 8:04 AM

Why are people so very stupid? I just don't understand.

by Anonymousreply 45February 14, 2018 9:53 AM

I work at a national organization whose members are mostly retired and split close to 50/50 as self-identified Republicans or Democrats.

We have a conference every February...it’s going on now. Last year was awkward, as many of us were still in mourning and disbelief with out conference coming a few weeks after Trump’s inauguration, and his supporters among my organization’s members were so ‘braggadocious’ that it made navigating the meeting as a poker faced staff person difficult.

This year, however...well, over the past week I’ve talked to a lot of members who volunteered comments like, “I’m a lifelong Republican. But I DO NOT support this administration’s agenda! And the president...an embarrassment. Indecent!”

So that has restored a little hope.

by Anonymousreply 46February 14, 2018 10:15 AM

Lol, who cares? He must be 85 years old now.

by Anonymousreply 47February 14, 2018 10:49 AM

[quote]This year, however...well, over the past week I’ve talked to a lot of members who volunteered comments like, “I’m a lifelong Republican. But I DO NOT support this administration’s agenda!

Did they say if it was the peace they were against, or the prosperity, or perhaps both? You mentioned that the members are mostly retired. Does that indicate a higher incidence of dementia?

by Anonymousreply 48February 14, 2018 12:39 PM

R44, your insult is of low quality, and I don't feel bad about myself.

by Anonymousreply 49February 14, 2018 12:56 PM

Is it a shock that a middle aged white actor is a trumpkin? I mean come on. Most American actors drop out of high school.

by Anonymousreply 50February 14, 2018 1:00 PM

Of course he's an asshole Trumpkin. Of course he is.

Is he still married to Darleen Carr?

by Anonymousreply 55February 14, 2018 1:35 PM

[quote]the choice may have been clear to YOU but it wasn't to me.

Then you were willfully blind, R38, or you're just plain sexist and racist. I dunno how it could have been more clear:

On one side, a racist, sexist, homophobic demagogue and fascist authoritarian with no experience, no qualifications, and a history of abuse, bullying, and cons, with clear and obvious ties to the mob (both American and Russian)...

On the other, a highly experienced, highly qualified, highly competent hard working woman with a history of progress and working for people all around the world.

How was this not clear to you?

Did you even THINK of the Supreme Court? Of Federal court appointments? You know damn well Trump was going to appoint racist sexist extremist right-wing ideologues who would attack civil rights, LGBT rights, voting rights, and more. Come on!

by Anonymousreply 56February 14, 2018 2:33 PM

[quote]We are all entitled to our opinions.

To your own opinions, yes. But not to your own facts.

[quote]To me, she's no better or no worse than Trump. They are equally appalling.

Then you're a fucking moron, because that's the most laughably false equivalency ever uttered. Not even remotely true. Seriously, how can you even believe that?

by Anonymousreply 57February 14, 2018 2:34 PM

[quote] I objectively looked at both candidates and disliked both for different reasons.

You did no such thing.

by Anonymousreply 58February 14, 2018 2:35 PM

[quote]It must be utter arrogance on your part that you feel your opinion has more validity than someone else.

No, R40. It's just very clear that your "opinion" is baseless, rooted in ignorance and sexism and gullible stupidity for falling for obvious lies, smears, and propaganda against Hillary and for Trump... your opinion is INVALID because it is unsupported by facts.

That's not arrogance, that's just reality.

by Anonymousreply 59February 14, 2018 2:36 PM

R48, what peace and prosperity? And why are you trying to give any credit for either to TRUMP of all people?

by Anonymousreply 60February 14, 2018 2:38 PM

I don't like the Clinton's either but there was no choice not to vote for her unless you were willing to have federal judges and Supreme Court judges appointed for life who would roll back gay and women's rights. And fuck over the environment at a rate even the Clinton's couldn't do. So fuck you, you traitor, for not voting. Stop acting self-congratulatory and self-righteous for not voting.

by Anonymousreply 61February 14, 2018 5:02 PM

He says some nice things about Kristy McNichol & mentions her partner.

Does anyone know if he says anything else pro-LGBT or anti-LGBT?

by Anonymousreply 62February 15, 2018 3:12 AM

You must be a millennial R62.

Millennials believe everything in life is "pro" or "anti".

When you become mature you'll find that life is full of nuance.

by Anonymousreply 63February 15, 2018 4:05 AM

R63 I'm pushing 50 here soon Columbo and when you "mature",

you'll probably find that life is full of idiots who think they can "read" someone based on a couple of sentences.

The Clinton's what, dear?

by Anonymousreply 65February 16, 2018 12:45 AM

So...I sometimes browse through his blog, and notice that, like so many conservatives, he seems to live in a bubble where only liberals are corrupt and devoid of any logic or compassion. The irony, right? Never mind the fact that he and others quote Fox News but talk about the "liberal media" poisoning the wells.

But the more interesting thing that stands out to me, is the fact that he goes out of his way to bash Hillary or Barack, and I wonder if he's just putting on an act to get followers. Mr. Parker is one of many celebrities who haven't really been household names in about 25 years, just like Chuck Woolery, Scott Baio, Victoria Jackson, or James Woods. So, how do these people regain relevance in 2018? VH1 reality show? "Dancing With the Stars" appearance? No...that's too easy. Batshit insane conservatism and spewing borderline (if not blatantly) racist/homophobic/Islamophobic remarks seems to be the wave nowadays. I can only hope these celebrities are simply trying to win over some fans and remind America "Hey...I'm still alive!" I think what sparked this theory is the fact that, in his book, he claimed that he suffered PTSD following a shooting in the early-90s, to the point where he couldn't even read a script that mentioned a shootout. Now, he's completely pro-2nd amendment, to the point of equating gun control to having to forfeit his entire arsenal. Who knows, maybe he just did a 180?

It just bugs me that celebrities I grew up really liking are turning out to be terrible people. And honestly, there's a few liberal celebs I'd be okay with never tweeting again too...

by Anonymousreply 73April 26, 2018 3:30 AM
