No person (straight, gay, T) is born with any "GENDER". People are born with a particular biological SEX (determined by their DNA). Gender is a social construct - it's taught and learned, and used as a façade, as a tool to interact with the world, to fit into a social framework.

Gender is not hard-wired into anyone's brain. Theoretically, society can decide to gradually phase out gender in formal education, social interaction and TV entertainment (which subconsciously teaches ppl gender habits): raise all children to dress in unisex clothes, teach them unisex hairstyles, make universal cosmetics for everyone, or discourage everyone from using cosmetics, eliminate pronouns "he / she", etc.

Overall yes, but there is also a wide variation of size within each sex. The smallest adult I know is male, he's 4'11 and 107, which would be tiny, even for a female. The study @ R253 wasn’t just about Trans kids - it was about “gender-nonconforming” kids in general. This includes kids who reject all gender concepts & labels (which would by implication also reject the T’s gender claims). It’s kids saying they want to be “gender-neutral” (neither girl or boy) and don’t want to refer to others by gender either.

But it didn’t always reflect reality - people would boast to the world they’re “pansexual”, but in private life they’d be exclusively gay or straight.

There was also a rise in identifying as bisexual - both real and fake. Some ppl thought it’s edgy to call themselves bisexual. Some women also thought just b/c they’d theoretically kiss another female they could claim to be bisexual (when actually they weren’t turned on by pussy and would never perform oral on it).

The current phenomenon in the late 10s is to identify as “gender-nonconformist” (for example, rejecting gender and identifying just as a “human” or “person” - neither girl, nor boy, dropping all labels). Some of the kids seriously feel this way, and some are just playing with these concepts during school b/c it’s a fun & rebellious game to them.

Real “science” and a more conclusive scientific study would be to monitor how many of these kids continue to identify in adulthood as they did in their 9th-grade questionnaire. Will the Genderless kids still continue to identify as “they” instead of “he” / “she”? Will the “gender-fluid” 9th-grader still reject all labels in their 40s? Or will some of them revert to labels over time, as they mature (like many faux-pansexuals)?

But, no, no one's ever shown that there's some innate gender identity that's separate from biology. We are biological beings. A male who wears a dress and takes hormones to sprout secondary sexual characteristics doesn't become female. Or a woman.

I see nothing wrong with men who want to wear pink or women who want to wear buzz cuts and a tool belt. It's kind of offensive to me that these rather superficial things should be used to determine whether one is a man or a woman, while basic biological facts are dismissed with the wave of an oversized hand.

Though I don't really care that much about that--but a couple of things concern me--first, there is an issue with social contagion among teens (I've seen it in action), which has serious consequences--there are women who have detransitioned post-masectomy who are now breastless and have permanently altered voices. There are detransitioned males who are now eunuchs. Puberty blockers followed by hormone treatment results in sterility. That's a hell of a thing to do to a minor.

Second, the bathroom/locker room issue needs to be really discussed--there's nothing to keep a perv from identifying as a woman to get access to locker and dressing room. Not cool.
