He just turned 50 last year.
And yes, R5, I agree. The show was a bit all over the place but Miriam and Mark were the best part about it. I would have watched just them in a show.
He just totally reminds me of a few gay men I know. He kinda nails "it," playing believably gay.....not through mannerisms or anything, nothing so obvious - he just nails a certain energy. Hard to explain.

He’s managed to add a little bit of life to the gay husbands’ storyline on “Grace and Frankie”. Usually the show completely flatlines when Martin Sheen and Sam Waterston are on screen together.

He's a good looking guy and ok actor but was miscast on Devious Maids. His character was bland and had no chemistry with Ana Ortiz, who his character married after a whirlwind relationship. Joanna Adler was worse as the awful Opal, a character that made you wanna fast forward through all her scenes.

R14 I enjoyed the Devious Maids overall. It's a fun, easy watch. I wish it could've gotten a season or two more, but Lifetime made some stupid decisions cancelling several of it's shows prematurely.
