Setting aside Tegan being Trump-voting-Keller-friendly, slightly nuts and on serious drugs (trust), even if we taken the story as he tells it here at face value, it doesn't sound like rape to me. It sounds like a boorish asshole pressuring him into sex that he ultimately reluctantly relented to. It is not rape. It is behavior that sure as hell should not happen and it is terrible that he feels like he was violated.
