Sleazy, violent, exploitative ‘80s Charles Bronson trash flick loosely based on the infamous Richard Speck murders. Actor Brad Davis’s brother Gene plays the killer, a psycho who runs around in the buff hacking up beautiful young women. Co-starring Andrew Stevens and Lisa Eilbacher with an early appearance by the future Mrs. John Travolta, Kelly Preston.

Thanks for whoever recommended this movie. It was free for me on Amazon Prime and I love discovering films like these late at night.
Bronson was his usual campy, untalented self but Davis was very effective as the psycho killer and I found Lisa Eilbacher to be a pretty convincing character, too.
Only downside....they couldn;t have gotten Andrew Stevens more than shirtless? Damn shame he didn't strip down to chase Davis.
