First government shutdown ad running.
New Trump ad calls Democrats 'complicit' in all murders by illegal immigrants
by Anonymous | reply 68 | January 21, 2018 6:38 PM |
So the NRA stooges AKA Republicans are complicit in all gun violence?
by Anonymous | reply 1 | January 21, 2018 1:11 AM |
Jesus Christ. The GOP is beyond disgusting.
And if this site is any indication, they’re all out in force tonight. Fucking jackals.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | January 21, 2018 1:15 AM |
Would that make Trump complicit if any person he deports is murdered?
by Anonymous | reply 3 | January 21, 2018 1:23 AM |
Republicans passed a law overturning an Obama ruling that mentally ill could be denied purchase of a firearm. So I guess Republicans are complicit in any murdered by someone mentally ill who purchases a gun.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | January 21, 2018 1:26 AM |
Republicans have refused to offer up a stand alone funding of the CHIP Program that provides health coverage to eligible children and children around the country are losing their coverage, so if any of them dies because they have lost coverage, I guess those deaths of American children are on the Republicans and Trump.

Well, R7, his point at least 3 times in the past was that it is the President's FAILURE TO LEAD at fault when the government shuts down. Here's his third time repeating that point, from 2013. But he tries to act like teflon, never admits fault or takes responsibility. The country's on to him based to his 35% approval rating from the country. He's such a liar and do nothing. He doesn't have a clue about leadership. Just a big lame show.

It's Scapegoating the weakest and vulnerable people while the GOP and their corporate cronies line their pockets with our tax dollars is reprehensible but typical of the GOP death and greed cult .
They thrive on cruelty
by Anonymous | reply 14 | January 21, 2018 2:07 AM |
The GOP is disgusting for putting this ad out, especially since the reason the illegals have firearms is because they are made in mass production amounts, then stolen before hitting distribution points, or stolen from legal gun owners, or sold by legal gun owners who claim their guns were stolen.
Their refusal for stricter gun ownership laws allow American citizens suck as Paddock, the Las Vegas shooter, to buy enough guns and ammunition to create the largest fatal shooting scenario in the Inited States, only to be followed up two weeks later by a church shooting in Texas, carried out by a discharged US Army vet who was deemed mentally incompetent to serve, and should have never been allowed the access to gun ownership in the first place.
These people are vile, and the GOP, nor Trump, will EVER, EVER build a wall. Never ever gonna happen. Nor will they lessen crimes resulting in death, carried out by illegal aliens, because the administration is NOT prioritizing the deportation of illegal criminals, and it never will. All that these deportations are of non-violent, non-criminals who are easy to find, because they have already registered with government agencies in hopes of getting legal citizenship.
Gang members are NOT registered wth the US Department of Immigration and Naturalization.

Why haven't the GOP racistly pointed out that the illegal immigrant crime rate is much higher than than the native born crime rate (excluding African Americans).
It feels like a racist fact they'd love to share.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | January 21, 2018 3:32 AM |
[quote]Yeah, he kind of does, R8, sorry.
No, he really doesn't, sorry. The only people whom Democrats are trying to protect are those affected by DACA, which is a tiny subset of undocumented people. And those people commit fewer crimes than U.S. citizens do.
It's a bullshit ad and, among other things, it lets Democrats know that Trump isn't serious about negotiations. Tighten your belts if you work for the federal government.

[quote]Why haven't the GOP racistly pointed out that the illegal immigrant crime rate is much higher than than the native born crime rate (excluding African Americans).
Probably because it isn't true.

Well, sure I suppose you could "take" that from the comments here if you're a moron. The rest of us can actually read.

[quote]Here's his third time repeating that point, from 2013. But he tries to act like teflon, never admits fault or takes responsibility.
Even though in this case, it really is true. He blew up the negotiations, reneging on his earlier commitment to sign whatever bipartisan compromise they bring to him. And this very public demonstration showed two things: the first is that he really doesn't know what he's talking about and he just parrots what he heard last, and the second is that his staff, particularly General Kelly, know it, and they arranged things such that Trump would hear last from the racist extremists rather than from those seeking a compromise.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | January 21, 2018 3:50 AM |
Because r23, you cannot give a valid data point or conclusion by creating a sub group in one of the two groups used in order to give the facts.
Here’s how your thought process ACTUALLY works: Americans commit more crimes in America than illegal immigrants commit in America.
You can’t omit African Americans, because they’re Americans. The comparison has NOTHING to do with race. It has to do with American citizens’ crime rates vs. illegal aliens’ crime rates within the US.
You see, this is why I suggest that people learn logic, critical thinking, and reason. People get pissed off when I suggest this, but then I read a statement like R23’s, and I am affirmed in my reasoning that some people have no idea what they are saying, or writing, because they were never taught how to think properly. I’m not trying to be a bitch. What I am expressing is true.

Oh, give me a fucking break, you moronic drama queen. Clearly, you didn't pay attention in the last election, or any election since, since that is precisely what Clinton and her Democratic colleagues did. Moreover, with respect to DACA, the overwhelming majority of Americans support the Democratic Party's position. And Trump, McConnell, and Ryan are all on record as supporting this same position, as well.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | January 21, 2018 3:55 AM |
But, but ... if you ignore all citizens who commit crimes, R28, then clearly illegal immigrants commit more crimes! I heard that on Fox News so it has to be true!

R29 et al. You’re doing god’s working schooling those deplorable morons
by Anonymous | reply 31 | January 21, 2018 3:56 AM |
DACA recipients, by definition, have no criminal Record. The GOP's point is moot
by Anonymous | reply 32 | January 21, 2018 3:57 AM |
No, but see, R32, they're mostly brown-skinned, so it's clear that they are about to start murdering people, particularly white women, so Trump's ad is right on target.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | January 21, 2018 3:59 AM |
R30, I honestly wonder if these trolls have a high school education. I am DUMBFOUNDED by the shit these people write. I cannot believe the arguments that are used. I just cannot believe it.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | January 21, 2018 4:00 AM |
The GOP is complicit in every American mass shooting since they've been sucking NRA pussy.
The GOP singlehandedly shut down the government.
The GOP can't disappear soon enough.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | January 21, 2018 4:02 AM |
The worst crimes this year were carried out by white, all-American psychos with massive arsenals - Las Vegas and the church shooting in Texas.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | January 21, 2018 4:03 AM |
It's simple, r34: you start from the conclusion and you work backward, and you ignore the contortions you have to go through to get there. You cherry-pick the data, you ignore anything that contradicts your view, and you mindlessly repeat your talking points, like:
[quote]So I take it you are all for wide open borders?
[quote]I'm happy that the president of the United States is siding with our military over criminal aliens.
[quote]The Democrats, and the organizers of the (Trans) women's March, with their slavish devotion to those pressing issues illegal immigration and transgender rights....
by Anonymous | reply 37 | January 21, 2018 4:05 AM |
So R26, since your answer was basically a non- sequitur, if not open borders what are you for in terms of immigration?
And if we allow anyone in who wants to come in how exactly will we ever be able to have universal healthcare? California's proposal included illegals and was DOA as a result. But perhaps you can sort it out and let us know? Remember to budget in healthcare for half the world because they are going to be on their way.
And R29, I was all set to go to the Women's March this year as I did last year, but then I read the platform: it was about immigrant rights, POC rights and lgbtqaiis whatever rights. Nothing about global warming, the tax bill, net neutrality, the environment, deregulation, healthcare, living wage jobs, and all the issues that average Americans are scared to death over.
The shut down is over illegal immigration - how do you pundit babas think that is going to look to the Middle, whose votes Obama got, and whose votes the Dems so desperately need?

Math fairly conclusively proves that more Democrats/liberals shoot people than GOP/conservatives on the regular. Maybe a white male goes bonkers every now and then, but the day in, day out majority grind of regular and consistent firearm murder rates is Democratic/liberal in nature. Observe:
Using US Department of Justice’s homicide report published in 2011. The information contained in this report was averaged from 1980 to 2008. Here are the murder rates that can be found on the third page of the report:
52.5% were black perpetrators 45.3% were white perpetrators 2.2% were perpetrators of other races
Find the political affiliation for these demographics. The source I used was Cornell University. I chose to use information from the 2012 presidential election since it was closest to the homicide report and things haven't changed that much. Here are the voting rates for the Democrats broken down by race:
93% of black people voted Democrat 39% of white people voted Democrat 67% of everyone else (average of all races other than black/white) voted Democrat
The 2012 political party affiliation is also correct for 2014 (the year I’m using for firearm murders).
Assuming there is a 1:1 political party affiliation to each perpetrator ratio. We know this isn’t completely correct because it assumes that every perpetrator belongs to one of these 2 political parties but we have to make this assumption because there is no other data to go off of for this portion of the analysis. Any error caused by it would only be +/- a few percentage points (hardly enough to have any substantial influence over the outcome).
Here are my calculations for 2014 firearm murders by race and percentage of Democrat affiliation (using this party again to remain consistent). There were a total of 10,945 firearm murders.
10,945 * 52.5% = (5,746.12 (black people) x .93 (democratic percentage))=5343.89 firearm murders committed by black Democrats 10,945 * 45.3 = (4,958.09 (white people) x .39 (democratic percentage))=1,933.66 firearm murders committed by white Democrats 10,945 * 2.2 = (240.79 (other) x .67 (democratic percentage))=161.33 firearm murders committed by other Democrats
Time to add these up to find the total number of firearm murders that were perpetrated by Democrats in 2014: Total firearm murders by Democrats (5,343.89 + 1,933.66 + 161.33) = 7,438.88.
Lastly I found the percentage of firearm murders that were perpetrated by Democrats in 2014: 67.97% gun murders by Democrats (7,438.88/10,945)
According to my calculations, about 68% of all firearm murders in 2014 were committed by Democrats. Only 32% of all firearms murders in 2014 were committed by Republicans. This means that Democrats committed twice the number of firearm related murders than Republicans (68/32 = 2.125). This leads to three very important conclusions:
Republicans and the NRA aren’t to blame for the number of firearm murders, as the Democrats try to claim. The numbers show that if Democrats stopped shooting people, we could reduce our firearm related murders by almost 70%. Guns aren’t the problem, Democrats are.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | January 21, 2018 4:27 AM |
Trump bowed and scraped to the NRA, over an issue he doesn't even believe in, so he is complicit in every gun murder and suicide in the US
by Anonymous | reply 41 | January 21, 2018 4:27 AM |
R37- did you read the platforms of some of the "women's" marches? I'm guessing no and that you are guilty of exactly what you accuse others of - a didact who cherry picks to fit your worldview.
. My local women's March was exactly what I said it was in my reply at R38- nothing to do with kitchen table issues and all about shit that the vast majority of Americans might half- heartedly been browbeaten to agree with in theory but don't stay up at night worrying about because they are too terrified of what's happening to themselves and their families.
I travel a lot from blue to red states and I will tell you now that if the Dems don't focus on kitchen table issues we are doomed.

All of this nonsense will fade away when MUELLER quietly reimposes the rule of law, and brings to bear the FIST OF JUSTICE. Manafort is already looking at spending the rest of his life in federal prison. Flynn's fate is less clear, but he clearly agreed to tell all in order to save his son, who is also a total nutjob. Jared, Ivanka, Don Jr., all are in Mueller's crosshairs. The entire administration is a criminal enterprise, and money laundering is the #1 crime, because it is completely intertwined with Russian organized crime figures. Stop talking about "collusion" (a word with no legal meaning). It's about money. Yes, he's a racist. But it's all about money.

[quote]And [R29], I was all set to go to the Women's March this year as I did last year, but then I read the platform: it was about immigrant rights, POC rights and lgbtqaiis whatever rights.
You really can't read, can you? I mean, you quite literally cannot read. You didn't read the comments in this thread and you definitely did not read the Women's March platform.
[quote]The shut down is over illegal immigration - how do you pundit babas think that is going to look to the Middle, whose votes Obama got, and whose votes the Dems so desperately need?
Moron, the shutdown is about DACA recipients. The overwhelming majority of Americans support taking care of those people, as in 80+% agree with the Democratic position. Hell, even Congressional Republicans agree with the Democratic position, since Ryan, McConnell, and even Trump are all on record as insisting that we need to take care of them. So I think this will look just fine to those voters.

It doesn't really matter, R47. Regardless of what Mueller finds, it's pretty clear that Republicans will not vote to impeach or convict Trump. They're all in now, because their base supports him and they don't want to be primaried from the right.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | January 21, 2018 3:59 PM |
There have been government regulations to prevent even fewer deaths than those caused by illegal aliens. If illegal aliens were a consumer product they would be recalled and banned.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | January 21, 2018 4:21 PM |
A couple years back, the Dems put forth a bill specifically designed to help Vets find jobs. The Reps insisted on adding on AIPAC/Neocon bullshit threatening Iran ie., the kind of language to start yet another war and to create even more Vets and having NOTHING to do what what the bill was trying to do. The bill failed after Dems refused to go along with that - that's who the Republicans are.
So fuck any military family who believes it's the Dems who threaten to destroy their families. Those dumb fucks worship truckloads of "manly" Rep draft dodgers and chickenhawks. The Reps are all lip service and stupid ribbons when it comes to "Supportin' the Troops."
If they paid attention to who actually tries to keep them out of bullshit wars, those who try to get them the help they need at home and paid attention to what little they have in their wallets, they wouldn't ignorantly support a Republican.
And it really is pathetic to fall for the hyperbolic and hysterical bullshit about more of a threat from an illegal immigrant than someone born hear - attempting to create this narrative only shows you as a caricature of the dumb American and worthy of ridicule. Bonus points for being a moron who thinks this is about "liberals sympathizing with criminals" rather than the reality: Your opinions of what poses the biggest threats to this country are idiotic and simplistic.

Wow....
by Anonymous | reply 55 | January 21, 2018 4:30 PM |
As a NYer, there's nothing more pathetic than witnessing complete idiots try and pretend money laundering isn't in Trump's DNA and then clownishly pretend Obama has done similar things that Trump has done his entire life. That motherfucker is so corrupt, not only does he launder, he offers same day martinizing
I just shake my head at the imbeciles attempting to pretend Trump wasn't and isn't a scheming dirtbag who would've done business with the Bin Ladens the day after 9/11 if he never got caught and it meant cash in his pocket. He has always been about MONEY. He doesn't give a shit about the source or betrayal to the country. He doesn't give a shit about "patriotism." He will not part with one cent. He tried to do business in Cuba during the embargo, his "modeling agency" showed aliens how to get around our immigration process so they could work here ILLEGALLY and I don't doubt the same applied to employees of his other business ventures, so fuck you simple-minded idiots and your faux patriotism and in thinking that low rent Queens trash wouldn't sell a grandmother holding a fucking apple pie wrapped in the American flag quilt she knitted standing next to a picture of her dead husband who died in WW2 if it meant money in his pocket.
Trump's family has never served this country in any capacity. He serves the egos of morons who think their top layer of epidermis will protect them from his ECONOMIC policies.

Red states paying less than shit in taxes shouldn't be controlling the purse-strings of this country when most of that money is coming from BLUE STATES. There's nothing that disgusts me more than the likes of McConnell and Kentucky having that much power. My neighborhood has a higher population than some of these shit states.
