Usually in a case such as this we would just lock the lav off after sticking a deodorizing agent inside. It happens frequently that someone, usually who is ill, renders a lav unusable. I have never had anyone yet who intentionally put his/her feces on the walls, etc; I did once have a passenger with explosive diarrhea who shit what appeared to be canned tomatoes from the floor to about the 6 foot mark. He did not even make an attempt to clean it nor did her apologize.
So the unplanned landing was to get rid of the shitty passenger right?

I think he was sick. By using the word ‘smeared’ the make it seem like a monkey was jumping up and down throwing his shit on the walls. Probably just some poor guy with urgent diarrhea. I’ve been sick while traveling and rescheduled flights if I feel queasy.
