Chicago PD

I like Chicago Med more, Chicago Fire less. On Med, Nick Gehlfuss and Colin Donnell are eye-rollingly gorgeous. How I wish they were "yes, homo." Chicago Fire has Jesse Spencer, but the way they've written his wife, she's just unbearable. Same with the woman who's mad for Taylor Kinney's character. They should never have gotten rid of the lesbian character. She and Dawson would have made a lovely couple.

On Chicago PD, Patrick Flueger is who makes my eyes roll back in my head. Only for some reason, they've started having him wear extreme black eye makeup. It's like the makeup person is the same person who used to dress Strudel on DOOL.

OP here. I feel the same way about Patrick Flueger. Gorgeous.

Black eye make-up? That's odd. Well, in Season's 1 & 2 he looked damn fine anyway. lol

He still looks fine, r2. I continue to want to lick the sperm out of him. But the makeup is such an obvious change, it makes me wonder if they're planning to trans him (for which there is no foreshadowing whatsoever, besides the makeup).

Amy Morton is the best thing about it.

She adds so much, R4. She makes it like watching a cop version of St. Elsewhere instead of a mere cop procedural. Neither of the other two features such a good character. I wonder why.

It was a shame to hear the set has apparently been toxic because of Jason Beghe's overinflated ego. I was rooting for him since I remember him playing gay characters when it was more dangerous, and then there's the Scientology bashing which was great. Unfortunately he's apparently a cunt in real life. I mean:

This show has the best looking male cast on TV. The two doctors on Chicago Med are hot,too but they really should be a couple. On PD, Patrick Flueger is handsome and hot. All of the men on that show wear tight pants. Why is there no VPL on any of them?

The Chicago Fire cast is tired, that captain drags it down and the writing is lame.

A-fucking-men. I thought for a moment they were going to go there. They opened the show making a big deal of the characters' inherent class conflict. Will is from Back of the Yards (think less trashy "Shameless"), Connor is from the Gold Coast and/or the North Shore (his father owns Chicago's largest department store). But romance became bromance after a couple of mild hiss-and-spits.

I used to love Chicago Fire but it's the same nonsense over and over. They get rid of well-liked characters (Peter, Shay) and then make it the Dawson and Severide Hour.

Dawson being a firefighter was dire.

I have the first two seasons of PD on DVD but Beghe's cuntiness as illustrated by r6 has turned me off to watching it.

Chicago Med is actually pretty good. Always love watching Oliver Platt.

Yeah r12 - Colin Donnell is edible. What a waste in that he’s married to Patti Murrin. It shoulda been me as the song has it. Oh I’d pinch his buttocks!

Adam (PJ Flueger) is no longer wearing the black eye makeup. He continues to be spermsicle-in-chief. Glad he's at least appearing shirtless sometimes now.
