Winter not by date of birth, but by coloring. There was a book and profession that cropped up which purports to tell people what colors look best on them. Dark hair and fairly light skinned white folks are for the most part deemed winters and look best in rich primary colors among other things. Yes, this is from the '80s, but not too out there.

She’s a public figure. She has a style of her own and sticks to that. Personally I find it appealing - but it’s irrelevant really. She’s not about style over substance. She presents thoughtful commentary that helps try and explain the mess we find ourselves in.

I’m seeing like a maroon blouse with her black numbers or a dark red. She could also mix it a with white collared shirt. Perhaps an occasional turtleneck or maybe try some higher neckline looks as well.
