How much would you tip a (legit, licensed) massage therapist if he gave you a happy ending. I mean a happy ending that he initiated, without you requesting it. (Well, I suppose I didn’t need to use any words to signal I’d go along with it...)

I usually add a $20 tip for a good massage whether they jerk me off or not. My favorite guy that I saw for a few years didn’t do it until like the 4th visit, I thought about adding more but it felt like that would have maybe been crass because I don’t think he was doing it for extra money and I didn’t want to insult him.

Depends on if it's a private session (in-call or out-call) or at an actual spa. At least private they pocket all that money, whereas at a spa, they don't see even 1/2 of what the charge of a massage is.
Example: At Equinox, a 50-minute massage is currently $124. The therapists are lucky if they see $25 of that since the company gains the majority, so always tip, more so if you were happy with their (legit) massage.
Not sure how other spas work but I suppose Burke Williams (and the now defunct bliss spa in W hotels) have a similar set up.
