Bad nose jobs just have a certain look. I think it's the tip that gives it a way - piggish and turned up. Plus his nostrils are pulled in and almost triangular like Janet Jackson. Natural noses rarely look like this.

His nose looks generic. It's the type of nose job that a lousy plastic surgeon usually does, a surgeon who disregards the person's other facial features.

His nose is the usual cookie-cutter, turned up, piggy nose job a lot of people seem to have. People who don't do enough research before finding a great plastic surgeon, usually end up with this type of nose job.

Another tell-tale way of spotting a nose job, the nostrils are always strange looking and usually one nostril is crooked.
