R28 - I am a chiropractor and my first encounters with ridiculously round male asses were patients who had been injected with silicone. Most of the huge bubble butts that I treated did at some point disclose that they had undergone these injections. Some were men who attempted to reverse the disfiguring effects of certain HIV treatments while others were quite young guys that simply wanted a plumper caboose (most were straight actually). The effect was certainly impressive even if it did not feel life-like to the touch. How do the injections hold up over time and have you encountered any negative side effects? My concerns took me back to the breast implant nightmares that occurred in the 1980's, but I really am not aware of the prognosis for such a treatment and have yet to hear of any problems.
