I don't know who The Mad Bumper is; they pop up every few weeks (maybe that's when their meds run out).

The only solution is to ignore the entire thread when s/he bumps it.

The reason DL was boring r11 is because there were probably 20 people here, max. That has nothing to do with the mad bumper.

They actually make DL more boring because all you see are dozens of threads you've already seen before. Nothing new shows up on the timeline, and anything you might be interested in gets hidden.
