Best Madonna Remixes
I just started to get back into Madonna's catalog of hits and it got me wondering what some of the best remixes of her songs were.
I really like one I found the online that mixes Gwen Stefani's What You Waiting For with Hung Up. And I love the dance mix version of Don't Cry For Me Argentina that Madonna put out there, even if it sounds a little too 90s.
Did she ever release the redux of Like A Virgin from the Confessions tour on an album? Love that version. And Erotic from the Confessions tour is also amazing.
If any of you have come across good remixes of some of her other songs, please share.

I like Madonna, but I've never felt that she really had bangin' remixes, for the most part. I'd go with Human Nature (forget the name of the specific remix), or the Everybody remix from the "You Can Dance" album.

Her best remix was the video remix for Express Yourself.
I've always hated most of her post-1990 remixes because they usually ended up sounding like generic dance music.

Madonnas best disco hits were usually the best in the original album versions, if you ask me. Also Confessions on a Dancefloor was a concept album with a good mix through the track list.

There was no need to remix this, it was perfect. The video was good too, and she looked nice.

Never was a big Madonna fan, but I loved the Shep Pettibone 12" mix of "Like a Prayer." Lean and mean with none of the gimmicky "Oh my God" shit of the other mixes.

You Can Dance is terrible. Lots of annoying bells and whistles and those idiotic "dub" versions. The only good thing on that album was the blend of "Everybody" and "Physical Attraction" as one song transitioned into the other.
My favorite remixes have been mentioned: the video version of "Express Yourself" and the Confessions Tour version of "Erotica," which was actually the unreleased "You Thrill Me" demo version of the song. The Confessions Tour also had a really good remix of "Like a Virgin," the Paper Faces version of "Let It Will Be," and the awesome mash up of "Lucky Star" and "Hung Up."

Her best remixes are the ones for Open Your Heart, Who's that Girl (much better than the single version), Like a Prayer (many of the versions on Remixed Prayers which should have been released as an official remix album), Express Yourself, Deeper and Deeper and Erotica.
