Osteen asked for donations of used clothes and some hotel toiletries for people. You know, stuff this Con Artist millionarie did not buy himself. Then, he has armed guards keeping out. get this, medical volunteers who need this stuff to help out people in real shelters.

So, basically his tax exempt money he has is going to his millionaire life style, including private armed guards, and not to pass out items that other people gave to the osteens to donate to victims. I hope there is a way that this fucker can be SUED for fraud and his tax exempt status revoked.

Supposedly, Joel Osteen's wealth does not come directly from the church. Supposedly, he takes a $1 salary. His books are supposedly the source of the big money. I'm sure the national TV exposure doesn't hurt, though.

My sister-in-law has a large extended family. I remember her being on the phone with a relative who was coming to town. The grimace on her face while she said: "Of course, I'll be happy to take you to Lakewood Church on Sunday" really made me love her.
