I have a makeup artist friend who has seen him in person and she said he looks extremely thin and ill in person, like he looked like he had aids or he was a drug addict.

He's often an airhead, but he seems to be more good natured than his style implies. I don't personally understand his "I'm only attracted to straight men" thing, but that's his business, and his boyfriend of 2 years is oddly charming.
