Yeah I'm not seeing the steroid claim. He didn't get big, he got ripped and added some decent muscle mass, but nothing unnatural looking. He looks great.

A friend at my gym has a similar body look and he trained 4 months for a physique contest. He had a great muscular base but no steroids. It' s mostly diet and training. My friend paid for a diet coach to get him to look like that. Having a great body is 30% exercise, 60% diet and 10% mirror.

Of course it can be done without steroids. However not within, say, three to six months, like Hollywood actors try to claim. The problem with body building in general is that you put your body through enormous amounts of stress. The blood system has to work extra hard to pump blood and oxygen through the veins and muscles. Steroids fuck up with your heart rate since they work like speed and that's what causes so many heart attacks connected to steroid abuse.

Of course Brant Daugherty could accomplish this without steroids, however in this social media age it's kind of like "if a tree falls in a forest and nobody was around, did it make a sound?" sort of thing. Where is the proof on social media that he took the time it needs to accomplish it without raising the suspicion that he took steroids to accomplish the look within a short period of time? R87, I took a quick look at Pretty Little Liars clips and even though he seems to be mostly convincing enough as a bitchy teen bro he's still only a step away from coming off as gay. In one scene where he was wearing football gear his movements with the shoulder pads came off more as Joan Collins than a hunky footballer. I used to be a girly boy when growing up so I can easily see through all the straight acting that comes off as fake. Believe me, I taught myself to walk in a more masculine way when I was in my teens.
