Mark Long has aged pretty well. Especially considering he's a blond and always stayed tan. His body hasn't developed that weird look as many muscular men over 40 often have. A few years ago Mark Long was at my local grocery store shilling for some product. I had to do a double take and then decided I would engage - I didn't bring up Road Rules or anything, was just curious.
