Ryan is not at all gay. Word is he fooled around with somebody else (Jenny Lewis?) while married to Mandy Moore, which is what caused their breakup. He's a music, comic book and pinball geek. Above all, he's super talented singer songwriter, with one of the best singing voices in rock today. In fact, I can't think of anybody in music today that is better than him.

His music is awesome and he's one of the few successful musicians putting out anything vaguely resembling rock and roll these days and he's a talented lyricist.
He was on Marc Maron's podcast a few years ago and was surprisingly intelligent and well spoken.
