I've read several times that during her marriage to Harry Karl, Debbie was 'raising' Karl's children, which presumably meant that they were step-siblings of Carrie and Todd. However, I've never read anything in Carrie's voluminous writings or monologues or interviews mentioning those step-siblings.

I recall reading in Debbie's mid-80s memoir that the one daughter Tina, who she helped raise, was very troubled. There was probably more, but I don't remember the details.
