Its obviously meant to be Tom Holland, he's the only "brand new" superhero actor currently filming. Thor Ragnorak and Justice League are also filming, though no one else fits the "brand new"/"foreign born" clues (I would say Ezra Miller but he was born in Jersey). The problem is that the actor has a lot of scenes where the bruises are evident so it is taking a lot of extra makeup to keep things out of sight. .... Besides that black eye from a year ago... I haven't seen HC much about town as he used to be. Moreover, Superman is one of the few superheroes that don't wear a mask, so I can totally see it being Henry. Not necessarily saying I think this is true, but I can see Henry fitting the bill for this BI.
