If Ryan was on the down low, its unlikely that ScarJo wouldn't have known about it before their marriage. He was too famous and she wasn't (Irena Shayk/Olivia Munn) desperate. It also wouldn't have made sense for Blake to have married and popped kids out to him. She has a moderately successful film career and is a darling in the fashion/beauty industry.
