My experience living for a few years in Houston and working out at several different gyms and sucking some dicks: probably slightly over half of the black men in Houston are uncut. Of the ones that are cut, many of them have moved there from other states, most local black guys are uncut.

Watching American porn seeing an uncut black guy is rarer than rocking horse shit. Jamaican porn has lots of foreskin but it's almost always the same videos. African porn is also a good choice but most of those guys are twinks who's ages could be suspect.
