He's had hair plugs that's obvious but he doesn't seem to have had any other work done. No detectable fillers or Botox. He's wrinkly for his age but that's typical of sun worshippers like him. Losing all that weight didn't help but he has good bone structure and he'll age in an interesting way. As far as I can tell only McC and Damon are aging naturally for that age group. Affleck's had work done, Pitt and Cruise seem to go to the same plastic surgeon.

OP that is about the worst photo I've ever seen of him. It must have been taken back when he was severely underweight. He seems to have gained it back finally.
