Favorite Thanksgiving Episode From A Sitcom

The Simpsons had the best one. The Kate & Allie episode was good too.

Two Roseanne episodes were good - the one from '89 when Dan's Mom comes and Jackie reveals she joined the police force and the other from '91 when Bev reveals her husband is having an affair. The one from '94 was decent with Nana Mary and the deaf guy but the whole Roseanne baby story was a turn off.

What did people like about the Mad About You episode? Three people mentioned it and nobody said what they liked about it.

It's always Sunny in Philadelphia has a hilarious one.

r4, I agree. However, Murphy Brown (the original, not the reboot) had a pretty funny one as well.

Will & Grace - moveable feast and queens for a day were both pretty funny.

by Anonymousreply 10July 22, 2020 3:57 PM

There was a funny King of Queens episode involving a stranger on the porch.

Friends used to have decent ones.

God as my witness, I thought turkeys could fly.

R12, the one with Rachel's trifle stands out as a great one. Between her dessert and the spilling of Ross and Monica's secrets, it still makes me laugh.
