Gentle friends, help me identify this obscure film

I was at the Alwmo Drafthouse in Yonkers a few months ago. It's so much fun I'm willing to trek up to Yonkers. They have these cute video promos telling you to shut up during the movie, usually culled from very obscure B movies.

Well, this one really stumped me. It was very cheesily shot and looked either foreign or out of the grindhouse. It featured a woman coming into her bedroom getting undressed and flipping down on her bed. After a few moments, monster arms emerge from the mattress on either side of her and pull her down into the mattress -- you see her get yanked in until she disappears into the bed.

I consider myself to be somewhat of a connoisseur of B monster flicks but this one was new to me. I emailed the Alamo and several times they very helpfully responded, each time with the wrong answer. Eventually they admitted they had no idea what the hell movie it was from.

Very cheesy, definitely not A Nightmare on Elm Street so don't even suggest that! Ideas?

Was it black and white?

Sounds like a scene from Repulsion.
