May I interpret this in the literal sense? It's been my experience that there are a handful of bottoms out there who feel the need to "push" physically back on the top. This isn't good for a few reasons...and of all people, even Brad Kalvo agreed with me on this (I mentioned it to him regarding a scene where he tells the bottom to stop doing that & the editor forgot to take it out). You can fracture the top's dick this way...or injure it...and this is really serious.
