"She" is not bullied. The teachers and students have protected her, encouraged her, but draw the line at letting her use the female lockers. Faculty have volunteered to monitor the boy locker room to protect her. My cousin was friends with her, but "the penis" was too much for the lockers.

There is no more case. The T student has withdrawn. It's impossible not to feel sad for her.

It's not over, though. The parents involved the notified the USDoEd, and now the OCR has an investigation pending. The administration is resigned- they want to remodel the locker rooms- but a few parents are still pissed. The loss of funding via Title IX violation is not an option.

In a few years, when this happens again and the school is already prepared, I suspect it will be a non issue.

So the school wants to create gender neutral locker rooms, R27? As we saw with the case of Lilah - she with the giant swinging dong - gender neutral bathrooms do not cut it. They refuse to be "excluded".

Make the changing rooms totally private. Nobody uses the showers, so private changing stalls and private toilets (in both gender) built sometime in the future. A gym attendant is already mandatory.
