I ran into him once (not an actual collision) while he was walking his dog. We had one of those awkward moments where he thought I recognised him and smiled, but I didn't actually recognise him and kind of blanked him in response (I was a teenager so don't bitch).

ITA, OP. I caught on to "DA" only after season 2 so this past lazy weekend I decided to watch the show's beginning. The kiss that Rob's character shared with some guy he knew - took place in the very first episode - was incredibly hot. I find him very sexy. On the show, Barrow's voice is so seductive. I wonder if, on "DA," his voice is affected to underscore Barrow's bad boy persona, or if he really sounds that way when he speaks. I have to google him being interviewed. Nevertheless, he is very attractive.

He lost the weight he gained because he ran a marathon to raise cash for a charity. The Star Wars/Downton mashup was also done to raise money for charity. The charity he ran for is related to MS I believe.
By all accounts he seems like a nice, down to earth person. Very gay friendly.

People sponsored him running a marathon and they exceeded their goal.

I loved him in Downton Abbey, even though his character ended the series as a depressed sad sack. I expected Barrow to find some kind of relationship, even a secret one. Do you think they will make a movie of Downton Abbey to let us revel in the ultimate demise of the manor house system? I would enjoy that.
