My co-worker is from Nigeria and she raves about it. I found a recipe online and it does sound delicious (beef, shrimp, spinach, etc...).
Anyone here ever made it/tried it? Sounds like it would be good served over a dish of rice or mashed potatoes.

The few Nigerian dishes that I've sampled have been delicious. If you're ever in LA, you must try a Nigerian placed called Veronica's Kitchen. The chicken-tomato stew is superb.
Not a fan of "fufu" though, a gloppy, starchy ball of cassava.

I prefer shrimp stew with eggs, from Guatemala.

Beef and seafood doesn’t sound appealing to me. Either/or.

Oh, I see that you can add chicken instead of beef. And people in the reviews have done whatever they like for the meat. It seems to be one of those flexible recipes.
I’d try it!
