What if there was an very sexy young intern at work who looked like a young Oliver Reed who was new to NYC and was very flirty making it obvious that he wanted to get together after work? You are his superior at work by a number of levels. What do you do? I'm torn.
Yeah

At his going away party at the local bar after 5 pm, on his last day, lean over and whisper into his ear, while biting his earlobe "Now that you're no longer an intern, Im going to fuck that ass 'til you scream." Then throw a $20 bill at the bartender and take that hot little piece home and fuck him hard, Daddy.

That's the way to do it, R3
by Anonymous | reply 6 | October 26, 2015 12:16 AM |
I almost lost my job because of it.

Don't shit where you eat, dumbass.

jerk off while thinking about him. If you're still horny think about losing you job and reputation.
by Anonymous | reply 9 | October 26, 2015 1:03 AM |
No. It's unprofessional. If you must do it a week after he leaves

Number r3 for the win!

Michael Lucas made an interesting documentary about this topic. You might be able to find it online.

I did. He looked like a less tattooed and grubby Harry Styles. He worked on a couple of projects I was handling, but he wasn't directly under my supervision. We hooked up during his entire time as an intern and then stopped after he left.

r3 woo hoo!

Not everybody is a scat queen like you, R8.

Go for it, Mr. Muir. Don't make the same mistakes you did with Gio.

R4 has stated the correct boundaries
by Anonymous | reply 19 | October 26, 2015 8:16 AM |
Do you mean like a direct blood transfusion with an intern at the emergency room?
by Anonymous | reply 20 | October 26, 2015 8:29 AM |
As much as I love Oliver Reed, and as hot as R3 sounds, I agree with R10--wait until he has left. The going-away party, where he might be drunk, will look predatory to your colleagues.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | October 26, 2015 8:48 AM |
What if you did, and then he goes all Fatal Attraction on you? That would not be good.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | October 26, 2015 8:56 AM |
Even animals know you Don't Shit and Eat in the same place.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | October 26, 2015 10:40 AM |
This is why they hate us.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | October 26, 2015 11:15 AM |
No. I agree with previous posters that you don't shit where you eat, and it's unprofessional.
Also, waiting a short time afterwards is probably not sufficient insulation from repercussions if he was an intern - what's to stop him from claiming he wasn't offered a full-time position due to harassment or quid pro quo?
Finally, even if the intern doesn't do anything, what happens when gossip get around the office - which it will. Will anyone believe you weren't doing him while he was working at the company? There would always be a nagging doubt amongst your bosses about your judgment and whether your behavior might not be putting the company at risk from future harassment problems.

R24 - "This is why they hate us."
What does that even mean in this case? How stupid. You're just repeating some stupid phrase because you can't think of anything thoughtful or creative to say.

R26 You've just described more than half of DL posts.
