My usual salad. Diced roasted turkey breast, chopped boiled egg, romaine lettuce, diced celery, diced cucumber, dressed with some olive oil, Dijon, Mayo, water, salt and pepper shaken in a jar. It’s so good and if I eat this during the work week, I can lose 4 lbs each week.
