I've always been partial to alternate-universe Willow, who shocked the hell out of sweet-innocent-Oz's-gf-Willow: "I think I'm kinda gay!"

R5, I think because straight men like her the best, and "Buffy" is certainly not a show limited to girls and gays.
Gay men, on the other hand, love a good diva. That's why Cordy is winning right now. :)

Harmony all the way, I can't believe she wasn't listed either. Mercedes McNab was the sexiest, cutest, funniest female in BtVS AND Angel, she really sparkles on-screen and steals scenes. Willow was cute, Faith was smoking hot and Anya could be witty, but Harmony had the whole package, even if she is a ditz. I dislike Spike immensely as a character, and he never treated any women besides Drusilla at all well, but his relationship with Harmony reminded the audience of what an abhorrent POS he was (while bringing out James' comedic side). Mercedes is pretty and glam, too, I crush on her.
I love any scene she's in, the slap-fight with Xander is one of my all time favourite underrated moments.

Have any of you guys tried rewatching it 20 years later? I was embarrassed I was obsessed with this as a teen and couldn't make past the first few episodes. The CGI, the storylines, a musical episode 😂😂😂. What a different time it was.
