Can a gay man be a trans-exclusive radical feminist?

I'm serious about this. We need someone to represent gay male interests, and the transtapo is actively hurting us. Perhaps we need trans-exclusive radical gay male groups. If there are any, sign me up.

by Anonymousreply 31April 11, 2021 8:17 PM

Feminists are your friends, and always have been.

What I don't get is why they're considered "radical" for espousing the same principles they published in a children's book more than 40 years ago. If anything is "radical", it's the concept that men can be women.

Protecting gays from the Ts shouldn't be considered "radical" to begin with. Telling nonconforming children who may be gay to save up for an operation to mutually their genitals, is radical.

Mutually = mutilate

by Anonymousreply 2September 26, 2015 4:10 PM

What *is* a "trans-exclusive radical feminist"?

by Anonymousreply 3September 26, 2015 5:07 PM

Someone who can read transhet fascists to filth.

by Anonymousreply 4September 26, 2015 5:11 PM

What *are* "transhet fascists"?

by Anonymousreply 5September 26, 2015 5:14 PM

straight men's rights activists.

by Anonymousreply 6September 26, 2015 5:25 PM

Str8 male crossdressers with a self-mutilation fetish and little tolerance for or understanding of gay issues or gay culture but believe they have the right to str8splain to gay people what we should be doing to advance gay rights.

by Anonymousreply 7September 26, 2015 5:28 PM

So praising God that gay men are waking up to this evil and destructive SJW trans cult

by Anonymousreply 8September 26, 2015 5:32 PM

Feminists would never dismiss and invalidate your personal, human experience like transpeople do, OP.

Trans critical threads are deleted here. Ts complain of all the trans threads that get started. Obviously this is something that gays are very interested in discussing. Yet we get censored. Dismissed and invalidated by straight men.

[quote]So praising God that gay men are waking up to this evil and destructive SJW trans cult

The gay-white-male-bashers started to get really strident around the time Tumblr got bought out by a bigger company.

by Anonymousreply 10September 26, 2015 5:55 PM

Interesting, r10. Maybe it really is a republican conspiracy to divide the left. I mean, they have all the money...

by Anonymousreply 11September 28, 2015 8:11 PM

OP I am so with you on this. It pisses me off to no end when gay men on this site accuse anyone who posts about the trans issue of being a lesbian. This is an issue which should matter to gay men.

by Anonymousreply 12September 28, 2015 8:20 PM

Feminist don't care for Trans people, generally they find them insulting and also view them as men who are trying to steal and capitalize on women's rights.

by Anonymousreply 13September 28, 2015 9:49 PM

It's misogynist, r12. Trannies think there's nothing worse than calling a gay man a feminist.

by Anonymousreply 14September 28, 2015 9:49 PM

While there are feminist groups that will accept "male feminists", OP, you and I have no place as "radical feminists", which is exclusively by and for women, i.e. females, in case a transactivist wants to claim space. At most, we can support tenets. This doesn't mean that we cannot agree and be allies on issues that affect both groups, though.

by Anonymousreply 15September 30, 2015 8:23 AM

r15, the very cute black and openly-gay Kourtney Mitchell is a prominent male radical feminist who often appears alongside prominent female radical feminists like Rachel Ivey and Lierre Keith (both of whom have been violently attacked by Trans activists). Its important to note the difference between radical feminism and liberal feminism. Liberals want to adjust the existing system to make it more inclusive. Radicals recognize that the system was established by rich white males for rich white males and therefore the system must be abolished and replaced with a truly fair society. I know what side I'm on. Onwards to revolution!

by Anonymousreply 16September 30, 2015 8:39 AM

R16 Jonah Mix is also another Male Radical Feminist Deep Green Resistance Poster Boy (TM). That really doesn't change the picture that radical feminism is a movement by and for women. That still doesn't make them radical feminists.

Would you defend the right of say, a man who is not gay calling himself a "gay activist"? Surely he can support gay people and help echo our voices, but he gets no place at our table. The same thing happens with radical feminism; you can support it while not styling yourself.

by Anonymousreply 17September 30, 2015 8:53 AM

Gay men do not give a fuck about trannys!

by Anonymousreply 18September 30, 2015 8:54 AM

I was told by a feminist that men cannot be feminists. So, fuck them.

by Anonymousreply 19September 30, 2015 9:00 AM

I was told by a gay that gays aren't normal. Fuck them.

by Anonymousreply 20September 30, 2015 9:07 AM

A feminist is anyone who supports women's rights. Unfortunately, that's still considered "radical".

[quote]Liberals want to adjust the existing system to make it more inclusive.

Actually, so called "liberal" feminists support porn, legalizing prostitution, and men in women's spaces. They are not feminists, because all of those things literally endanger women and keep them oppressed.

by Anonymousreply 21September 30, 2015 9:19 AM

R15 and R19: Members of the male gender who support feminism are properly called "Pro-Feminist". And I'd be careful before saying "fuck them" about feminists. You should think about the alternative.

And R21 is absolutely right.

by Anonymousreply 22September 30, 2015 9:25 AM

I support feminism but I don't consider myself one - as I'm male. I'd be an ally - a bit like straight people can be our allies. I am 100% supportive of feminism which asks that men who think they are women to stop trying to erode women's rights.

It is not remotely radical to oppose men in dresses dictating how women should behave.

by Anonymousreply 23September 30, 2015 11:25 PM

Well sign me up as another gay man who is sick and tired of the Trans Fascist Cult. And as the son of a single mother of the 70s, I am also a proud pro-feminist.

by Anonymousreply 24September 30, 2015 11:39 PM

[quote] Feminists are your friends, and always have been

I have not found this to be true. They are usually hypocrites and opportunists. We only hear from them when they think they can use us to get something for themselves.

Gay men who are "radical feminists" are puzzling. I only see them online. In real life, I've never met a single one.

by Anonymousreply 25September 30, 2015 11:51 PM

Radical feminists are just as crazy as the trans activists. They believe that men should be only 10 percent of the population.

by Anonymousreply 26October 1, 2015 12:04 AM

That must be to keep a diverse enough sperm bank or it would be an even smaller percentage of males allowed to live, R26. If they could kill us all off and still reproduce they would do it.

by Anonymousreply 27October 1, 2015 12:07 AM

Kisses, r24.

Your opinion is based on a real woman. Not a made-up bogeyman.

by Anonymousreply 28October 1, 2015 12:28 AM

[quote] OP I am so with you on this. It pisses me off to no end when gay men on this site accuse anyone who posts about the trans issue of being a lesbian. This is an issue which should matter to gay men.

That's usually not gay men doing that; it's usually pro-trans activists doing it. I have no idea if they're gay.

by Anonymousreply 29October 1, 2015 12:32 AM

Most of the time there's no way of knowing who or what anyone is when they're posting here. The white supremacist assholes pretending to be black to do some shit-stirring are the one reliable exception I've seen. There are posters who pretend to be gay men who obviously are not although who they really are is anyone's guess.
