I love Facial Fuel, Facial Fuel UV Guard, Amino Acid Shampoo, Creme de Corps, Ultra Facial Cleanser, Eye Alert
What are your favorite Kiehl's products?
by Anonymous | reply 76 | April 22, 2021 9:18 PM |
Their stuff was better before they sold the company. I'm glad I can just get all that stuff for free.
by Anonymous | reply 1 | September 24, 2015 4:18 PM |
For years l loved the Ultra Facial Cream, but switched to coconut oil because it's all natural and offers a combination of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial and hydrating properties. My skin has never looked so good. You can apply a few drops of the oil to your face or whip it into cream in a food processor. I also use coconut oil instead of Kiehl's No.1 lip balm, which is far superior.
by Anonymous | reply 2 | September 24, 2015 4:27 PM |
OP and R2 sound gay.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | September 24, 2015 4:29 PM |
Fools and their money when it comes to face and body gunk. Astounding.
NB: it's all packaging, scent, coloration, texture, and MARKETING.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | September 24, 2015 5:22 PM |
r4, kiehl's is highly affordable and i their products are quite effective.
by Anonymous | reply 5 | September 24, 2015 5:24 PM |
their products are quite effective.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | September 24, 2015 5:26 PM |
R6 they used to be. They changed a lot of their formulas since they sold the company. Quality has gone way down.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | September 24, 2015 5:30 PM |
I only use it because it's free. Can't stand the facial fuel. It's too oily.
by Anonymous | reply 8 | September 24, 2015 5:32 PM |
it's still high quality for the $. the amino acid shampoo is so gentle and effective!
by Anonymous | reply 9 | September 24, 2015 5:32 PM |
R5 R6 R9 -- UB stoopid
by Anonymous | reply 10 | September 24, 2015 5:34 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 11 | September 24, 2015 5:41 PM |
Don't you blaspheme, you goop-slathering butthole!
by Anonymous | reply 12 | September 24, 2015 5:51 PM |
where are all you queens getting your free Kiehls? or do you do all your primping at Equinox?
by Anonymous | reply 13 | September 24, 2015 5:54 PM |
I loved that cucumber candle they used to have, but I haven't seen it in years.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | September 24, 2015 6:09 PM |
caswell-massey has good cucumber products.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | September 24, 2015 6:22 PM |
The anti-wrinkle cream with SPF - the best sunscreen ever. No chalky face, no scent, absorbs beautifully and not greasy at all. It's definitely not cheap but I've gone through at least a dozen jars. im very pleased.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | September 24, 2015 6:32 PM |
Would it kill Kiehl's to bring back their hair volumizer? Apparently, it would. Every time I buy something there I tell the sales clerk it would be great to have it back. Someday I'll tell the right person.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | September 24, 2015 7:09 PM |
You can't walk into their shops without some asshole throwing samples at you.
Their leave-in conditioner was good; nice control without stiffness or odor. Fortunately, there are enough generic versions for $1.
by Anonymous | reply 18 | September 24, 2015 7:33 PM |
r18 uses cheap, dollar general, shit on his body. stupid old fool.
by Anonymous | reply 19 | September 24, 2015 8:22 PM |
Thnks, R15! I'll check them out! Cucumber is such a refreshing scent.
by Anonymous | reply 20 | September 24, 2015 8:26 PM |
Cute silly stupid R19, our very own skinwoman broke the myths of most of these bullshit designer creams long ago before you developed the first stretchmark on your asshole.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | September 24, 2015 8:33 PM |
r21, you stupid flop.
by Anonymous | reply 22 | September 24, 2015 8:37 PM |
i like mario based products myself. they're so fresh.
by Anonymous | reply 23 | September 25, 2015 11:39 PM |
i meant mario badescu
by Anonymous | reply 24 | September 25, 2015 11:43 PM |
i love their creme de corps. i rub my fuckin body down with that shit all winter long.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | September 26, 2015 9:10 PM |
same R25. I just searched for a Kiehls thread because I've slathered myself in CDC whipped body butter and I SMELL SO GOOD. Rosa arctica eye cream takes away dark circles too! Love it
by Anonymous | reply 26 | November 12, 2015 5:59 AM |
coconut oil is remarkable
by Anonymous | reply 27 | November 12, 2015 8:18 AM |
OP - listen to an eldergay. But your extra money in an IRA. Unless you are rich, and will never miss it, don't blow your money on overpriced grooming products.
by Anonymous | reply 28 | November 12, 2015 8:30 AM |
Overrated. Nothing special. Might as well buy the drug store creams. same shit.
by Anonymous | reply 29 | November 12, 2015 8:48 AM |
r29, excuse me!!! Kiehl's products are highly effective. my body says so. i swear by creme de corps during the winter months.
by Anonymous | reply 30 | November 12, 2015 12:10 PM |
Kiehl's, like Bose, is a major triumph of marketing. They got the early in on overpriced products that climber Boomers think they need to appear aspirational. In reality, they have one product that is barely exceptional: the Creme Silk Hair Groom, and that can only be used by a small portion of the population as it's massively oily. The rest of their products are crap and you'd be better served by buying shit from the drugstore for literally 1/10th of the price.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | November 12, 2015 12:53 PM |
says you, r31.
by Anonymous | reply 32 | November 12, 2015 12:55 PM |
I love facial fuel moisturizer, facial fuel body wash = both have caffeine in em for re-engergizing skin. The facial fuel no-shine lip balm is a must.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | November 12, 2015 1:01 PM |
[quote]The facial fuel no-shine lip balm is a must.
That lip balm is one of the highest rated lip balms and does work wonders.
And R31 is a moron to act as though just because he doesn't like or that the products don't all work for him, that it means all the products are "crap."
by Anonymous | reply 34 | November 12, 2015 1:36 PM |
One of my favorite products was the Kiehls Cryste Marine Firming Eye Treatment. Loved it and it worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, when they revamped everything, they discontinued it.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | November 12, 2015 1:37 PM |
As a gayling who suffers from eczema between my eyes and upper cheeks Kiehl's jojoba moisturizer was a savoir, however, it is no longer made. Any others have a product they use that helps to treat eczema?
by Anonymous | reply 36 | November 12, 2015 3:15 PM |
R36 have you ever used coconut oil or just jojoba oil?
by Anonymous | reply 37 | November 12, 2015 3:18 PM |
R35 - Why yes, my dermatologist, who is a scientifically trained medical doctor, prescribes me a cream for eczema, produced by a respected pharmaceutical company and proven to be effective in peer reviewed research, and for which my health insurance pays.
Imagine that!
Well, I guess a lot of you skin product queens can NOT imagine that. Poor dears.
by Anonymous | reply 38 | November 12, 2015 3:23 PM |
Also R36 maybe look into a product by Shea Moisture called Raw Shea Butter Baby Oil it contains chamomile and Aragon oil.
by Anonymous | reply 39 | November 12, 2015 3:24 PM |
R38, you have a point. I am just that. A poor dear. I got a prescription from my doctor then went to the pharmacy and found out is would cost $350. Imagine that! This is why the Kiehl's product was a savior. The issue I have with shea butter, baby oil or other oils is they are all so greasy and oily. I feel like I shine from a mile away when I use them.
by Anonymous | reply 40 | November 12, 2015 3:34 PM |
I bet that caffeine really wakes up your skin ... you idiot!
by Anonymous | reply 41 | November 12, 2015 3:36 PM |
what cream is 350 bucks. well that sucks. Sorry to hear. What is your deductible? Maybe its worth it in the end however if the prescription cream cures the problem.
I am sorry if I was too snarky. My dermatologist will direct me to things that are not so-called "big pharma", in other words old faithful treatments, or so called natural products. Point I was trying to make is that a special doctor can sometimes come up with a solution that is effective and therefore worth the purchase price.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | November 12, 2015 3:38 PM |
the only thing of theirs I liked was a daily shampoo..grapefruit maybe...had a Swiss skier name associated with it...no longer made.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | November 12, 2015 3:40 PM |
specialist doctor.....
I have seen the "skin care" "skin health" so called "training manuals" for salespeople for lines such as kiehls and luxury brands in department stores. It's laughable. Ridiculous.
Nutritionists.
Dermatologists.
and
Psychiatrists
these are your allies....
by Anonymous | reply 44 | November 12, 2015 3:40 PM |
R40 you might want to try that stuff mentioned at R39 or read the reviews. People who use the product claim a little goes a long way and it isn't greasy or shiny.
Either way good luck.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | November 12, 2015 3:43 PM |
I'm a fan of Paula's Choice products and Paula's Beautypedia reviews of other products.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | November 12, 2015 4:00 PM |
the creme de corps is great to beat off with.....
by Anonymous | reply 47 | November 12, 2015 4:08 PM |
R47 apparently since half the guys at my gym get a handful of it before entering the steam for the circle jerks.
by Anonymous | reply 48 | November 12, 2015 4:09 PM |
Coconut oil is the new argon oil. Which was the new jojoba, Shea butter, grape seed extract, aloe and placenta
by Anonymous | reply 49 | November 12, 2015 4:54 PM |
Do those makeup companies still produce "facial tonic"? I think the main purpose of tonic was to take up 60% of the "free bonus gift set." It was to "set" your skin after you washed it, abraded it, buffed it, applied a drying vitamin cream to it and moisturizered it.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | November 12, 2015 5:09 PM |
I love their exceptional products! The Amino Acid shampoo is on my all-time favorite list.
by Anonymous | reply 51 | November 12, 2015 11:16 PM |

by Anonymous | reply 52 | November 12, 2015 11:46 PM |
Creme de Corps is a staple in my home.
by Anonymous | reply 53 | November 15, 2015 1:06 PM |
i use a lot of their exceptional preparations. Great value for the quality.
by Anonymous | reply 54 | November 15, 2015 1:14 PM |
Paula's reviews reveal that Kiehl's is mostly marketing claims and garbage. Please learn how to read you moronic queens.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | November 15, 2015 1:21 PM |
Paula's reviews are inaccurate because she has fucked up skin. I used to check her site out for reviews but stopped. Stupid bitch.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | November 15, 2015 1:21 PM |
Personally, I like Mario Badescu products. Their skin care formulations are really fresh yet effective.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | November 15, 2015 1:23 PM |
One good point that Paula makes repeatedly is that jar packaging degrades whatever active ingredients a product contains.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | November 15, 2015 1:30 PM |
Paula is a bitch. she doesn't know her ass from a hole in the ground. she is not a scientist either.
by Anonymous | reply 59 | November 15, 2015 1:45 PM |
What's your beef with Paula? The only two things she really harps on are jar packaging and irritants like fragrance oils.
Do you have a favorite product that she thinks is crap?
by Anonymous | reply 60 | November 15, 2015 7:13 PM |
she's a total cunt n i hate her.
by Anonymous | reply 61 | November 15, 2015 7:35 PM |
Paula eats shit too
by Anonymous | reply 62 | November 15, 2015 9:15 PM |
I love Kiehl's products
by Anonymous | reply 63 | November 15, 2015 10:22 PM |
The calendula toner works, but Weleda's calendula baby products are better buys. Kiehls imperial cuticle cream works.
by Anonymous | reply 64 | November 15, 2015 10:27 PM |
U don't need baby pzroductd. You're a grown man.
by Anonymous | reply 65 | November 15, 2015 11:12 PM |
Still use the shaving cream in a jar and the blue astringent. Pretty sure their lip balm is basically Vaseline.
by Anonymous | reply 66 | November 15, 2015 11:55 PM |
I’ve never purchased any.
by Anonymous | reply 67 | April 21, 2021 11:00 PM |
Paula twists research to make her own, private label shit look good. It's not.
R36 La Roche lipikar for eczema. My BF swears by it.
Kiehl's is popular because it's cool and accessible luxury. It's not that much more than Neutrogena but feels cooler and the stores have decent customer service.
That said, a lot of their stuff isn't that great. They have a few standouts. the shampoos and the creme de la corps are good and if they make your skin feel good, enjoy them.
by Anonymous | reply 68 | April 22, 2021 12:05 AM |
Another post from 2015?
by Anonymous | reply 69 | April 22, 2021 12:09 AM |
Creme de Corps for sure, and whatever the oily face cleanser is in the blu-ish bottle. Though I haven't used that for a while.
by Anonymous | reply 70 | April 22, 2021 12:10 AM |
Most of Kiehls stuff is garbage but I do like
The Avocado Eye Cream. (If they would put it in a pump it would be 10 times more effective- Jar anything gets so many germs in it)
Amino Acid Shampoo- The best smelling shampoo ever. Ever.
Midnight Recovery Concentrate- Its a good oil but the ingredients are supposedly irritating for some- I love it. The smell too. It smells like a sleep time. It really does work.
by Anonymous | reply 71 | April 22, 2021 12:11 AM |
I swear by the following:
Powerful-strength line-reducing concentrate 12.5% Vitamin V + hyaluronic acid
Powerful-strength line-reducing & dark circle-diminishing Vitamin C eye serum
Ultra Facial Cleanser
Ultra Facial oil-free gel cream
by Anonymous | reply 72 | April 22, 2021 1:21 PM |
AND
Creme de Corps lotion
by Anonymous | reply 73 | April 22, 2021 1:22 PM |
I slather their shit all over my fuckin’ body and love it.
by Anonymous | reply 74 | April 22, 2021 6:35 PM |
Creme de corps is pretty nice. But I found a moisturizing self-tanner that leaves my skin just as soft and smooth, at TJ Maxx, $7.
by Anonymous | reply 75 | April 22, 2021 7:56 PM |
Self tanners are dyes
