Have we heard the meathead guy Don declare is staunch heterosexuality yet? It seems all the male cast members work their love of women into their first lines on the show. Could Don be a secret gay?

So, based on previews, it looks like the Chef is replaced at some point during the season and Ben comes back. Also, I'm wondering if Don gets canned for his rotten attitude. What I love about this show is this is a real boat and a real crew with a real Captain who's not going to tolerate anyone who can't do their job and who will fire anyone who puts the passengers and crew in danger.

Well it looks like Don has quit so he will have to be replaced, perhaps what was said above about the porn star coming back is true. Didn't watch the first season, so I don't know if he's likable or not, although I'm sure he had no yachting experience. It's pretty clear at this point that the cruise "guests: are cast just like the staff. Dean the gay guy and his buddies were guests twice last season and were just on again this week. There is literally know chance of that happening in real life. It's all so fake.

Dave was a total sweetheart, and everybody on the yacht loved him, and cheered for him when his then-partner came to meet him after the last charter.

He now has one season of yachting experience, but before that, he was in the military (Navy, I think), and so I believe that he was hired with those credentials.

If Dave does come back, I hope he bunks with Eddie again. Since Eddie is having problems with his girlfriend, maybe he might be open to trying "other things." Yeah, I wish.

I have to say that I was embarassed for Raquel at the beginning of the episode. When she called her dad, and began crying, and whining, and throwing a tantrum, I was so embarassed for her.

Another great season. I thought i would miss Kat but there's more than enough drama without her. Connie is a sweetheart. Kate is a likeable bitch. I don't think it's that weird for Dean to come back multiple times. He clearly has money. And time. So, if Don quit then the Chef is probably getting fired because someone is clearly walking the plank.

The gay charter guy isn't all that so I don't know why they keep featuring him. I liked when they had that trashy family who sucked up all of the caviar.

Rocky/Raquel is very embarrassing. She must be insufferable in real life. It's funny how this show features so many horny chicks who throw themselves at the hot guys only to be avoided and/or mocked.

Even if they aren't characters on the show, it'd be interesting to at least see the other crew members on the ship. The Captain is a boring dickhead.

I stopped watching the show in season one when i couldn't find that episode online that features Trevor's marriage proposal to Dave and that storyline about a transexual passenger (or something like that).

Trevor's marriage proposal was cringe worthy, another doomed porn relationship. No hot guys this season, Emile is dumpy and Eddie is getting carb face.

Previews imply that Rocky TOLD people she and Eddie hooked up. I doubt they did. He seems to smart for that. Emile is surprisingly chunky and always wears the same shirt when they go out. He's also a bit of a dope. Dane is dull. Connie is sweet. Leon will be going home (hopefully, for pushing Kate over the side of the boat).

You could probably buy Below Deck Season 1 on iTunes. Dave was sort of marginal, came off like a good guy, I found his scenes with Trevor Knight to be sort of cringe-inducing. Porn Stars in love is not something that really grabs your heart strings even though it was well intentioned. Eddie does comment on Dave's big dick, since they shared a room.

Oh, it's available for purchase on Amazon, for $3 per episode in HD. Since I have cable, and have since forever, I feel I've already paid for these episodes. Lots of other providers have agreements with cable providers so that you can stream as long as you're an authenticated subscriber. Bravo/NBC needs to get with the times.

Only the crew is aware that Leon served beef cheeks on every charter. Leon wasn't there to please Kate's desire for variety, he was there to serve the charter guests and all of them enjoyed his food. And she should have woken him up instead of fucking with the microwave and oven in the galley if she doesn't want to be responsible when one starts to smoke and the other starts a fire.

She has been passive aggressive with guests, she was passive aggressive with Amy and said she never wanted to work with her again.... She has all of these problems with other people but she's somehow never to blame. Rocky and Emile sided with Leon because they met everyone at the same time and had no allegiances so they were objective and both concluded that Kate was the problem. Amy (who again Kate vowed to never work with again and reduced to tears) just doesn't want to rock the boat because she knows what Kate is capable of. It's ridiculous that anyone thought that 56 year old Kate was capable of carrying this show.

My guess is that Eddie thought that by flirting with Rocky only via text message (and not out loud), and by keeping their sexing to the laundry room, he could keep the sex off the show -- he didn't think anyone had any evidence of his and Rocky's involvement. If my guess is right, producers (and we) learned of the sex when Rocky showed producers the text messages.

Eddie was highly aware that everyone would see this and it was all on camera, so I would imagine that most of it was agreed to and scripted. It seemed very out of character and weird. She's totally insane and he never should have touched her, but still, what a dick.

I have no doubt he regrets it though. That part is real. No doubt that Rocky had real feelings too.

So these guys made $150,000 for the season split amongst 10. That's not a lot of$$. I wonder what their salaries are? How long is a typical season?
