Zsa zsa. Though I know her health is bad and she's never in public. Must be hard on her.
Barbara Walters would have died if she didn't have the heart surgery. Before the surgery she didn't look so good.
Maggie smith. I love her but she seems to be getting a bit frail.
George HW Bush. Not a "star" but public figure.
On that topic, I'm surprised Monica lewinsky hasn't been in a "car accident" by now. Maybe I watch too much TV.

I remember in the space of about a month, Courtney Love was photographed rolling around naked on the streets of N.Y, put on suicide watch on her 40th birthday, letting a homeless man suck her tit, a string of other public embarrassments and a failed album, and photographed being carried away on a stretcher looking extremely unwell... I really thought she was destined to go down the Dana Plato path.
Bizarre that 10 or so years later she's in such a seemingly good place and having more success than a lot of her contemporaries. Also Olivia de Havilland just because GWTW was SO long ago, close to 80 years ago and she was playing an adult in it... there's almost nobody left from her era. Valentina Cortese as well.

Fit older women have great lifespan longevity, particularly when they've never been heifers, have given birth, nor massive drinkers and non-smokers.
Yolo @ 100 ++ is vv cool to me, Madonna no so much & in fact the latter is bloody frightening.

Yeah, flat because it's live and not lip sync and he was nervous -- but, yeah, no doubt limited range too. Pure teen idol stuff.
BUT I heard him speak (where I first saw that clip which I have wanted ever since so happy it finally appeared on youtube) and though he made it clear he had no interest in being a role model, he was a good one -- because he wasn't a mess, seemed happy, even in the tough anti-gay atmosphere of 50s and God knows what kind of pressure... no drug overdoses, no mental illness, no mess. No Monty Clift, cool as his legend is.
Only scandal involved hurting his dog and that was total bullshit, though I think an offshoot of his gay secret if I remember his book right. Anyway, adore him so thanks for indulging me.

Nehemiah Persoff
Best remembered for playing Little Bonaparte, the mobster who has Spats killed during the birthday party scene in SOME LIKE IT HOT. Actually, Persoff is about the last actor still living from the film except maybe some of the girls who comprised the band.

[quote]Buzz Aldrin - he's ancient now and boozed and womanized most of his life -
A very active and fit 85, to be exact, and in a relationship with a woman 1/2 his age. He looks a bit like a hot daddy these days.
Note to self: never tell him he didn't go to the moon to his face.
