I was harassed three times in my career. By a mentally ill janitor that I eventually got relocated to another floor. By the HR rep who said she couldn’t eat or sleep unless I went out with her. And by a manager who said my “attitude needed to change”. When you can’t go to work and the power dynamics are disadvantageous, that’s harassment (the latter not applicable to the janitor.)
